Colleagues,
I am glad to say welcome the participants and guests of the VII Forum of the Free Russian Nations.

It is quite remarkable that it takes place in Japan, a country whose civilization and statehood goes far into history.

In the second half of 20th century,Japan was able to prove that the path to prosperity is based on freedom and democracy,as well as on the rational structure of the state.

At the same time, it is precisely irrationalism, which has been established for centuries in neighboring Russia, that poses a significant threat in the Far East.

Overcoming this irrationalism is the realization of the inalienable right of the peoples and regions of Russia, incl. living in Siberia and the Far East to freedom.

By supporting this legitimate right of the people, Japan can get good and predictable neighbors whose resources will work for the benefit of all the peoples of the region, and not be used for robbery and escalation of military threats.

I really hope much that this forum will be the beginning of a dialogue between Japan and the Korea Republic , on the one hand, and representatives of the future post-Russian states of Siberia and the Far East, on the other,for the benefit of the region.
