October 14 Main Forum FNP Day II Paris
8th FNP Forum, The Global Benefits of PostRussia, will take place in October 2023 in two cities:
Thursday October 12 – London, UK (working language of 1st program day will be English)
Saturday October 13 Paris, France (working language of 2nd program day will be French and English(+ partially Russian)

* Format of discussion panels: each of the offline speakers has up to 10 minutes to speak and up to 5 minutes to answer questions from guests, media and other participants
* Debate format: Each of the offline speakers (participants of the debate round) has up to 3-5 minutes to express their own thesis, as well as up to 3-5 minutes to answer questions and counter-theses from the rest of the speakers, participants of the corresponding debate round, and guests of the event
* All speeches and events(listed in the program) in Paris(14.10.23 CET) local time
* Сhanges in the program are possible, including the time of speakers' speeches
