A constructive approach and a reasonable compromise as an answer to one of the most favorite narratives and clichés of the Kremlin's imperial propaganda that without Moscow there will be an apocalypse and a "war of all against all" ala "Bosnia 1994 on 17 million km2" because "Pskov will launch a nuclear attack on Tver"🙈 😉✌️

With the purpose of hindering any misinterpretation and speculations that could be
peddled by Russian propaganda narratives, that are always aimed to manipulate, sow
confusion and advocate for imperial revanchism, and to ensure the proper understanding
of the complex historical processes at hand, we consider it timely to delineate the
key principles that will define the establishment of international borders of the new
independent states within the post-Russian space.
With this Decree on Territorial Organization of Independent States of the Post-Russian
Space, the representatives and leaders of the Movements for the Independence of
Captive Nations and Colonial Regions, affirm the following:

1.Each constituent republic and autonomous region of the so-called “Russian Federation” automatically regains or gains independence; i.e. first sovereignty and complete independence for the constituent republics and regions, and only then, should some other federal subjects come up with a similar desire, be it at the federal or confederal level, any further referendums may be considered within them on whether to join one or the other union/confederation.

2.Any issues, discussions or even disputes regarding the territorial structure and/or borders of the newly independent states of the post-Russian spaces should be resolved ONLY peacefully.

3.In the absence of other agreed upon alternatives, the existing administrative borders within the so-called «Russian Federation» (despite their controversial history and a large number of shortcomings) are recognized as the default option for the international borders of the future new independent states.

4.Shuffling of individual districts and/or other territorial units (as defined by the current administrative-territorial system of the territorialist state, the socalled «Russian Federation») between different independent post-Russian states can take place on a voluntary basis by mutual agreement between all involved parties.

5.In an event of disagreements or disputes regarding their borders that
cannot be resolved within the framework of direct negotiations between the representatives of the two newly independent states of the post-Russian
space, all decisions will be made through international mediation and/or
arbitration (with the involvement of representatives of the EU and NATO
states, Japan, South Korea, etc.) and relevant decisions will be recognized by all parties.
