George Town, PENANG Street Art & Food Tasting + Gurney Drive Hawker Food Market (WeWillNomad)

We walk the streets of the historic core of George Town in search of street art and food. George Town was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2008 and the BEST way to immerse yourself in this historical area is to wander the streets and absorb the ambience of this eclectic city.

During 2014 we visited Penang for the first time and this time around we wanted to recreate some of the pictures we took with the interactive street art. You will see the before and after pictures at the end of the video.

We end the day at the busy and iconic Gurney Drive Hawker Centre (right beside Gurney Plaza Mall) - a great place to sample some of the best local cuisines on the island.
