San Franciscans March Against Anti-Asian Violence, Remembering Vicha Ratanapakdee

On Sunday January 30, one year after 84-year-old Vicha Ratanapakdee left home for his daily 7:45 a.m. walk to rebuild his stamina after heart surgery, his daughter Monthanus Ratanapakdee stood at the precise spot where his peaceful stroll came to a senseless and fatal end at the corner of Fortuna and Anzavista avenues in San Francisco.
