Leadership is a precious commodity in today’s NHS.
John Drew, Director of Improvement and Culture at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, has launched a series of Leadership Talks – open to all staff – with a range of internal and external speakers.
The second talk was on 25 February 2019 at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford, where guest speaker Dame Fiona Caldicott talked about How to lead in the NHS – and beyond.
Dame Fiona, whose term of office as Chairman of Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust comes to an end on 31 March 2019, shared her valuable insights from her life and career in a highly personal talk.
