10 Minute Cardio Workout To Lose Belly Fat At Home (NO EQUIPMENT!)

Get ready guys, I am about to take you through a 10 minute fat burning cardio workout at home. Let’s get started!

This workout consists of 5 different exercises. This is going to be a HIIT workout or Anabolic Sprinting. You are not going to rest between exercises, all 5 exercises are considered 1 circuit. I want you to do a total of 3 circuits, with 60 seconds of rest after each circuit.

Exercise #1: MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS WITH A TWIST.

Exercise #2: SNOWBOARDERS

Exercise #3: BUTT KICKS

Exercise #4: BICYCLE CRUNCHES

Exercise #5: JUMP SQUATS.

If you aren’t in great shape it is okay to rest for a couple minutes between circuits. We are all at different fitness levels, so adjust this workout to challenge yourself for the best results.
