In this episode, Shri Gurudeva continues to explains how sound energy impacts our health and functioning of the body. He takes the last chakra (crown chakra) in this episode and educates us on how an imbalance in this chakra (balances penal gland) creates health issues in our brain pertaining to depression, pain, madness, laziness, anxiety, fear etc. Due to our bad habits, the chakra gets imbalanced. He explains the significance of bowls and demonstrates the OM sound coming out of the bowl which will cleanse the cells (silica in cells get charged up) and purifies the crown chakra (sahasraara chakra).
