Reasons:
- Black Magic Prayogas - Kateri and Chinnamasta prayoga
- Evil soul attacks
- Graha doshas in horoscope
- Vastu / Negative vibes at house
- Previous birth karmas / deeds

Yantra Remedy:
If you are affected from black magic prayogas:
- On Amavasya day midnight or late evening, light ghee lamp.
- Pray in front of the deepa.
- Bring 2 tumbler water from Well / Borewell / Water Taps / river present in burrial ground. Do puja to the water by putting haldi, kumkum, flowers, arathi.
- Hold the water filled tumbler in hand and circumambulate to peepal tree for 108 times by chanting the below mantra.

- Soon after completion, take bath from the energized water immediately.
- Perform this tantra for atleast 3 Amavasyas.

If you are affected from grahas dasha bukti.
- If Chandra is in 6th house, shani is in 12th house and weak grahas in lagna, then such persons will suffer from these problems.
- Perform this tantra on poornima day.
- Take a piece of white cloth. Put rice grains or paddy - 1 kg. Tie it.
- Take a piece of black cloth. Put black sesame 1kg and tie it.
- Take 1 coconut and 1 lemon.
- Place all these items in a plate.
- Light ghee lamps.
- Chant the below mantra for 108 times and do archane to the items with akshate.

- While chanting the mantra, take out iLi from head to toe from each item for about 21 times and leave them in flowing water.

If panic attacks are due to vastu dosha, perform tantra as below mentioned:
- Do this on amavasya day, midnight.
- Take 4 white pumpkin and 5 lemons and haldi water.
- Keep all these in a plate and chant the below mantra for 108 times. Do archane with akshate.

- Make the person sit on wooden plank.
- Take out ili (head to toe) to the person from each item for about 21 times while chanting the below mantra.
- Smash the 4 pumkins and 4 lemons in all the 4 directions. Then apply the lemon juice on the patient's head.
- Put akshate on the patient's head.
- Pour haldi water on the person.
- Do this tantra till the person gets relief.
- The person who took out ili to the patient should also take bath and light ghee lamp.
- Chant the Gayatri mantra for 30 mins.

Yantra Remedy:
- Write on a copper plate as shown in the video.
- Write on amavasya day.
- Do puja as per your ability.
- Mix milk with kesari and offer to God.
- Chant the below mantra for 55 days:
HAMSAHA
- On 56th day, tie the energized yantra around the neck.
