Freeze Dried Veggie Chips // Beets, Carrots, Turnips, Pickle Chips

I have a problem. I am addicted to potato chips. I can't stop eating them. Today we are making homemade veggie chips and of course....they are freeze dried. They share lots of the qualities that you want from a potato chip, but without the unhealthy qualities. In the freeze dryer, they get thin, crispy and if you add the right seasoning, you can achieve the flavor pairing that will make it hard to stop eating them. For the chips i used carrots w/ season salt, beets with cinnamon, pickles and turnips with smoked paprika. ENJOY!
