Today, we are doing Freeze dried garlic that was grown in the garden, also trying freeze dried wild flowers and freeze dried herbs (basil, cilantro). You will also learn how to make garlic powder. The water factor is minimal in all of these, but i am in a new, humid climate that may change the freeze drying system that i am used to. Will it take longer to freeze dry?
