Instant Pot Hard Boiled Eggs, Freeze Dried

In this video we make instant pot hard boiled eggs with a catch, they are freeze dried. I made the hard boiled eggs a few different ways: I boiled them in the instant pot, some eggs were halved, some eggs were whole and then i tried instant pot deviled eggs. I did a 48 hour cycle in the HARVESTRIGHT Freeze Dryer and tried reconstituing them in the freeze dried state. 1 problem; freeze dried egg whites do not do well when rehydrated. I tried rehydrating them in the Instant Pot, boiled, and just with a soak. The egg yolks did jsut fine and the deviled egg mixture was great! I ended up powdering everything and have decided that it would make a great spread on bagels and toast, or you could add some mayo and make an egg salad sandwich!
