Provolone Taste Test

Created in early May 2017, this Provolone was almost a flop. However, with persistence and patience, this cheese has paid off. It is delicious, with a subtle picante flavour that is typical for medium aged provolone piccante. Overall, I am impressed with the flavour of this homemade cheese!
