We don't need people to figure out the technical steps; we need them to precisely define the business intention and let the machine select and run the tools to deliver it. It's not magic. It's machine learning.

And getting people to adopt it is just like any other change management project you've ever embarked on.
If it feels overwhelming, that's partially true — because everybody feels behind.

Think back to when they had to train an entire nation how to operate a rotary dial phone. Started on newsreels in theaters in the '30s, and continued well into the television era. We've reshaped societies based on changes in technology — from the phone, to the car, to the plane.

It's happening again.

Invest in the people. Group learning is a big piece of it.
But what's different than ever before: we work backwards from outcomes, work backwards from objectives, work backwards from intentions — and let the machines (and in this case some help from EGEN) pick the tools, and even operate the tools to a large degree, to help us achieve our objectives.
It's a very different world we're entering.
