Let's just say you were working for me, I need to have a better understanding of who you are, where you work best, what really drives you, what kind of projects you're really excited by.

And that comes from lots of interactions from me hearing you finish up a project, and you're like 'Oh my God, that was great!' I really love that. I'm like, Okay, so you like that type of project, the next project kind of like, Yeah, you know, but I need to pay attention to that. I need to actually notice and maybe write it down.

Maybe you're horrible in the morning, or not horrible, but you know, you need your cup of coffee, otherwise there's no point in talking to you, you know. But that's well, actually, you know, you get up, you get up early, but you're on the West Coast. So I need to be thinking about that. Like, what time zone is he is in and when is he going to have his coffee?
