Mercedes W210 E320 AC Expansion Valve Replacement DIY

This video shows how to replace the A/C Expansion Valve on an E320. The procedure is explained in detail in the video along with torque values, etc... Just be sure to have the old Freon evacuated from your system first, to replace your Receiver Drier (a must whenever you open the A/C system - see link below for as video on that), and to replace the rubber gaskets.
