3 EXERCISE LOWER BODY WEIGHTS WORKOUT || Quick, simple & effective!

Showing one of my actual lower body workouts at the gym, that is made up of just 3 exercises. This strength workout hits your glutes, quads and hamstrings and has the goal of building muscle in those areas!

I aim to show workouts as someone who isn't lean and *kind of* midsize (I'm a UK size 12), so I try not to hide any bad angles and just show the whole workout as how it realistically looks.
