FULL UPPER BODY WORKOUT

A complete upper body weights session! Getting to work on sculpting my arms, chest, back, shoulders and abs!

Full workout below!!

4 x 8: Negative chin ups
3 x 8: Incline bench press
4 x 8 x 12: Frontal raises & Cable hammer curl
4 x 8: Seated wide-grip row
3 x 15 x 15: Cable lateral raises & Rear delt cable fly
3 x 12 x 14: Single arm tricep extension & russian twists

It's just a coincidence that the reps on this workout are all quite high because of just where I was with the weights I could lift. Try and get a mix of rep ranges in there!
