Tesla Gigafactory Texas 4 February 2021 Cyber Truck & Model Y Factory Construction Update (08:00AM)

Gigafactory Texas on 4 February 2021! This is where the Cyber Truck and Model Y will be built!
A very windy and gusty day at Giga Texas, but progress remains brisk! Biggest news of the day are the deliveries of about 75 of the robotic assembly machines. These are the machines necessary to assemble the car bodies and are being stored just east of the east structure (which is also the structure where the Body-in-White production will be)! able to see a few that have not yet been stored. Amazing!

More highlights of the day:
- GeoPier work in the northwest area is moving along quickly and they are now working in the south eastern part of this area today
- The steel structure on the west continues to grow on the east and south sides and has a utility trench on the first (ground) floor now, so electrical is being installed for the first time.
- The fire water loop now extends from the northwest corner (by the west steel structure) all the way around to the south east corner of the foundation (by the stamping machine structure)
- The east steel structure is now only 6 sections form the concrete structure in the south and is getting more floor decking and roof materials in addition to the extensions to the south
- The paint shop steel structure is getting more concrete floors poured on the west side, more roof panels and there are some wooden forms that appear to be where the walls might be installed. These are on the second and third floors near the north side. On the first (ground) floor, utility trenching is allowing for electricity to some areas of this structure.
- The casting machine area now has more columns, and it appears more roof beams and roof panels will be added soon
- On the east side near the small water detention pond, a series of trailers are temporary storage for robotic assembly machines that will be located in the east structure (aka the Body-in-White production facility) ... about 75 or so of these machines have been delivered so far
- The east side area near the contractor trailers continues heavy-duty grade fill, compaction and levelling and it appears some construction will likely begin here soon. Also, many more contractor trailers have arrived in this area.
- The construction area just south of the old plant continues grade final preparation and today, many, many truckloads of steel columns and pitched-roof steel beams arrived, indicating we should see a structure being put up in the very near future
