VEGAN DIM SUM - CLEAR DUMPLING WRAPPER RECIPE!!

Just wanted to add this since someone commented on it - different wheat starch companies have different standards. Generally speaking - wheat starch should just be the starch molecules from wheat (not the gluten), but if you have Celiac's Disease this is still going to be a recipe you want to avoid since I am not sure of quality control for companies that make these starches. There are US/internationally certified GF wheat starches that are below 20 ppm sold online and if that is fine according to your health professional, then this recipe should be fine.
