Kitchen Torch for your RV | Soles of My Traveling Shoes

My husband's kitchen torch came in handy for tonight's dinner! This is actually one of our fave easy camp dinners.

Just layer:

-Turkey burger seasoned with paprika, oregano, chili, onion powder, garlic
-chopped green pepper, onion, jalapeno
-can of Rotel (we prefer the spicy version)
-top with shredded cheese (obviously better if you brown the cheese a bit)

It's delicious, low in carbs, and is so easy to make. You could eat it in taco shells with fixings, or with tortilla chips, but we just dive right in.
