RV Electric Bill Problems | Soles of My Traveling Shoes

We were full-timing at an RV park where we shared electric with our neighbors. We were each alloted $100/mo towards electric -- and split the overages. However, we are a tiny 30 amp 20 ft trailer, with 1 AC unit (and we went to the beach 3 weekends of this particular month) and our neighbors have a 50amp 5th Wheel, 2 AC units, and three people. Anyway, it was just one month and we got the bill upon move out so we just paid it and moved on. Had we lived there longer, I would have talked to managerment. Has anyone else ever encountered this?
