So what do you do when your family members friends and everybody around you think you're crazy when you're fasting?
When we start to do a fasting regimen and are really motivated to get started with fasting we start hitting obstacles that stop us from accomplishing what we want from fasting. and one of the biggest obstacles is from social pressure. social pressure from family friends and strangers and anybody else that just doesn't understand the great concept of what fasting can do for your health.
In this video I will discuss some fasting tips of how you can avoid some of these obstacles so that you can accomplish you're fasting goals.
