Bone Health | Video 1 | Upper Body | MS Moves with Mandy

This is the first in a series of two videos on Bone Health.

This exercise routine focuses on strengthening the areas of your upper body most susceptible to bone decline such as the hips, spine, wrists, and arms. It is critical for those suffering from osteoporosis and osteopenia to participate in resistance training and weight baring exercises to maintain, optimize or improve bone health.

As with all exercise videos, please use common sense to reduce and avoid injury. By performing any fitness exercises, you are performing them at your own risk.
