hey guys in this video I cover the number one squat variation everyone should be doing! This will help not only with leg strength but also leg size. I love using tempo squats to for leg hypertrophy and long term leg strength. you can use these with any squats too! front squats, low bar squats, ssb squats, box squats etc... So it doesn't matter if you are a bodybuilder, strongman, powerlifter, weightlifter I think tempo squats will benefit any lifter when it comes to growing big strong legs.
