Why is this weird architecture a heaven for foodies?

"Salmon Eye" is the name of the metal orb that floats in the middle of the Hardanger Fjord in Norway. The architectural masterpiece by the Danish company Kvorning Design is a part walk-in art installation and part high-end restaurant. The centerpiece is "Iris," a restaurant. Only 24 guests are seated on any particular evening. The menu costs around €270 per person. Danish chef Anika Madsen serves 18 courses; she's known for her creative usage of unique ingredients that are harvested directly from the surrounding sea and mountains. The mission is to promote sustainability and a more conscious approach to food.
