Breathe & Greet - A shared experience with Carla Maffioletti

In times of this dense air and quarantine because of the Corona Virus,
Covid-19, I came with a very spontaneous idea to share some of the breathing exercises I do with my students and myself which are part of an opera singer's training.
This is my LIVE video, broadcasted via via Instagram and Facebook. I had the opportunity to breathe together with more than 23 Countries, friends, Family and a wonderful community.
Breathing and expanding our lungs capacity will help to cope with this anxious moment we are living.
I believe that most of all we should use this moment to restore ourselves and to bind in a solidar and loving world.
