INGREDIENTS
Quiche/cake Tin 26 cm –-- 40 preparation 30 cooking
DOUGH
250g Flower
1 teaspoon salt
120g butter
1 Egg
(add water if necessary)
FILLING
1 kg Asparagus
100 g grated Mountain cheese (Berg Käse) or old cheese
300g heavy cream
3 Eggs
1 spoon of Maizena (food starch)
1 teaspoon of salt
A pinch of suggar
Pepper
Pinch of fresh Parsley
SALAD
Rocket Salad
200g Raspberries
20g Sun Flower Seeds
50 g Pecorino Cheese (optional)
DRESSING
Olive oil
Frambozen Vinagre
Salt and Pepper

INGREDIENTES
Quiche / forma 26 cm –-- 40 preparação 30 cozimento

MASSA
250g farinha
1 colher de chá de sal
120g de manteiga
1 ovo
(adicione água se necessário)
O PREENCHIMENTO
1 kg de espargos (pode ser palmito)
100 g de queijo ralado da montanha (Berg Käse) ou queijo com sabor forte
300g de creme de leite
3 ovos
1 colher de Maizena
1 colher de chá de sal
Uma pitada de açúcar
Pimenta
Salsa fresca

SALADA
Salada Rúcula
200g Framboesa (ou morangos)
20g sementes de gira-sol
50 g de queijo pecorino (opcional)

DRESSING
Azeite
Vinagre de Framboesa (ou vinagre de maçã)
