Super Typhoon Goni / Rolly Nearing Landfall In the Philippines

Overnight Sunday in to Monday Morning, Satellite estimated winds (DVORAK) shows #Goni / #Rolly may be even intensifying a bit more prior to landfall. Now estimations put it over 300kph winds. Purely for the sake of comparison, this is the type of winds that belong in a EF4 tornado.
Manila continues to look like it will be taking a close hit from the storm but remains on the southern less potent side, still close enough for impacts though. If southerly winds are strong enough south of Manila based on the current forecast we could even see a storm surge.
