How To Test Transformer Turns Ratio with a Sprague Tel-Ohmike TO-5

I had to repost this because I had reversed the primary and secondary coils of the transformer in the first video. Someone asked me to demo the turns ratio test on the TO-5. The TO-5 is the only version of the Tel-Ohmike that has this feature. The Tel-Ohmike was built from 1940 to 1971. This one was made in 1959 and is like brand new. I had to refurbish it some but overall, it was flawless.
