HEALTHY DESSERT RECIPES! Simple and Yummy!
Hey lovely people!!
RECIPE:
1. BROWNIES:
- Ingredients:
- 200G Mashed banana
- 175g peanutbutter
- 2 scoops protein powder
- 3tbsp coco powder
- FOR THE COOKIE DOUGH:
- 20g blended almonds
- 15g coconut flour
- 1/2 scoop protein powder
- 20g smooth peanut butter
- 20g choc chip
Simple in two bowls, mix in all the ingredients for the brownie and add to a baking tray. In a separate bowl mix in all the ingredients and once all mixed together take small parts of a mixture and create small little dough balls.
Add the dough balls to the brownie mix and place in the oven. 12-15 minutes cooking time.

2. CHOCOLATE MOUSSE:
Ingredients;
- 2 large avocados
- 4tbsp honey
- 3tbsp coco powder
Blend everything together until Smoot, add more coco or honey if needed. Leave in the fridge for two hours or more, top with honey and berries.
3. COMFORT BOWL:
- Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp yoghurt
- Handful of granola
- Mixed berries or 1 peach
- Dash of honey
- Seeds of your choice
- Two squares of dark chocolate.
4. BAKED PEAR:
- Ingredients:
- two pears
- Sugar
- Ricotta
- Honey
- Granola
Cut the two pears in half, add sugar on top, a pinch on each pear. Bake for roughly 30 minutes until soft and golden. Add 1 tbsp ricotta on top with a dash of honey and handful of granola or seeds!
