Wall Workout for Bone Health #workout
No gym? 𝗡𝗼 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺. All you need is a wall for these 3 strength moves for bone health.

These exercises 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵 in the hips and legs, and are important for 𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀.
1️⃣ 𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝗾𝘂𝗮𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝗿 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗮 𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹: Step out far enough so that your knees stay over the feet, and not in front of the feet. Go as low as you can, aiming for thighs parallel to the floor, and hold for as long as you can. Do 2-3 sets.
2️⃣ 𝗣𝘂𝘀𝗵-𝘂𝗽𝘀 𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗹: Step away from the wall and up on your toes. Keep elbows at about 45 degrees from the body. This is a great way to begin building core and upper body strength.
3️⃣ 𝗗𝗼𝗻𝗸𝗲𝘆 𝗸𝗶𝗰𝗸𝘀: Hinge at the hips, zip up the low abs, and with the knee bent to 90 degrees, kick the leg back and up while keeping the low back stable. This targets the glute muscles which are important for getting on and off the floor and going up and down stairs.
