美食台 | 立春快吃這種草,祛濕清腸營養高!

今日立春。新年第一個節氣,一年之計始於此。廣東湛江的春天總是很準時,一種叫田艾的植物已經開花。可以用來製作一種叫艾籺的傳統小吃,而吃籺也正是當地人春節期間的飲食風俗。艾籺有甜有鹹,用籺印壓扣成圓形福字或桃形,充滿春日的氣息,也表達著人們對新年風調雨順、人壽谷豐的美好祈願。
Today is Lichun, the first solar term of the New Year. Spring always comes in its time to Zhanjiang, Guangdong, and a plant called Tian’ai has blossomed. It can be made into a traditional snack —— Aihe, and eating “He” is a local custom during the Spring Festival. They have sweet Aihes and salty Aihes, and they are molded into round ones with the Chinese character “福” on or peach shapes. Aihe breathes spring, and expresses people’s good wish for the next year. May the wind and rain come in their time, and people safe and sound.
