Let us begin by acknowledging the significance of this practice. In our fast-paced world, stress and tension accumulate in our bodies, particularly in areas like the neck, shoulders, and hips. Through mindful movement and breath, we can release this tension, creating space for healing and renewal.

Our journey today is not just about physical exercise; it is about cultivating awareness and harmony within ourselves. By syncing breath with movement, we harmonize the body and mind, fostering a sense of peace and serenity.

Our practice begins with a simple meditation to ground your mind in the present moments, temporary turn off the chatters and turn your awareness to inside your body. Following by Classical Sun Salutation with some modifications & variations.

Next, we do some shoulder-opening poses, releasing stored tension, promoting relaxation and ease, following by some gentle neck stretches to alleviate stiffness and improve mobility. These movements are accessible to beginners, yet potent in their ability to unlock energy blockages and restore balance to the body.

Next, we transition into hip-opening postures, which offer profound benefits beyond physical flexibility. The hips are said to store emotions, and by releasing tension in this area, we can also release emotional baggage, fostering a sense of lightness and freedom.

Throughout our practice, I encourage you to cultivate a sense of mindfulness, observing the sensations in your body and the fluctuations of your mind. Notice any resistance that arises and gently invite yourself to let go, surrendering to the flow of the practice.
