Let us begin by acknowledging the profound significance of this practice. In our modern world filled with hustle and bustle, our bodies and minds often bear the weight of stress and tension, becoming repositories for unexpressed emotions and stagnant energy. Through mindful movement, breath, sound healing, and meditation, we have the power to unlock these energy blockages, restoring balance and vitality to our bodies and minds.

Our practice begins with a simple meditation to ground your mind in the present moments, temporary turn off the chatters and turn your awareness to inside your body. Following by Classical Sun Salutation with some modifications & variations.

As we transition into deeper poses, we invite a sense of strengthening and being at ease. These poses may challenge you to confront areas of tightness or resistance, but remember to approach them with gentleness and self-compassion. Each sensation is an invitation to go deeper into your practice, unlocking layers of tension and revealing the radiant light that resides within.

At the end of our practice, the soothing vibrations of sound healing will accompany us, enhancing our journey. Sound healing uses the frequencies of instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes to promote relaxation and well-being. Allow these healing sounds to wash over you, dissolving stress and inviting a deep sense of peace and harmony.

Throughout our practice, I encourage you to cultivate a sense of mindfulness, observing the sensations in your body and the fluctuations of your mind. Notice any resistance that arises and gently invite yourself to let go, surrendering to the flow of the practice.
