Wall Street Investor jacked the rent 40%!
Big Wall Street Landlords like Progress Residential are playing funny games with the rental rates in a city like Phoenix.
On the rental listing in this video: they originally listed it for $2,000, then quickly increased the rent by 40% up to $2,800.
And then cut the rent back down to $2,000 to create the impression of a big renal rate cut.
Progress Residential is also doing this on other rentals in the neighborhood.
