Il giornalista e gastronomo Ralf Bos ha trascorso qualche giorno nella nostra valle dove ha potuto assaggiare i prodotti e conoscere i produttori che da anni lavorano con noi. Tutto il materiale girato è poi stato trasmesso dalla TV tedesca ZDF in un bel reportage dal titolo Die Geheimnisse der italienischen Küche che potete vedere di seguito.
