Shoulder Pain Exercises
These exercises are really useful for anyone suffering from shoulder pain.
They are easy, safe and all you need is a Theraband or a Resistance band.
These are general exercises and therefore suited for a whole range of shoulder problems, ranging from impingements, bursitis, wear and tear and rotator cuff problems.
