Best Calf Stretches
Our chiropractor Lena Olsen demonstrates the best exercise anyone can do when struggling with tight calf muscles, achilles tendon pains or when dealing with plantar fasciitis (foot pain). All you need is a little elevation or a flight of stairs. As with all muscle stretches, hold the stretch for 7 to 10 seconds, repeat 7 times and do them twice daily.
