Azerbaijan aims to take Armenia to international court

Azerbaijan says it plans to sue Armenia for "vandalism". Nearly all of the town of Fuzuli recently recaptured by Azeri forces is in ruins.
The Azerbaijani government says it will invite international experts to assess the damage before going to the international court against what it calls Armenian "war crimes".
