My Full Week Of WORKOUTS | Training Routine Explained + Healthy Protein Apple Fritter Recipe

In today's video I outline for you all my current training routine! I go in detail about my full week of workouts. Along with the split, I talk cardio, calories and even throw in a healthy high protein apple fritter recipe!

APPLE FRITTER RECIPE 🍎:
- 30g All purpose flour
- 30g Protein powder
- 24g Swerve brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 any apple of choice
- 1 tbs butter or margarine
- 3 tbs Fat free greek yogurt

Glaze:
- 2 tbs Swerve powdered sugar
- 1/2 tbs water

* Combine all ingredients in a bowl (Makes 1 large or 2 smaller fritters)
* Air fry for 12-15 minutes @375 OR bake in over @375 for 20-25 minutes.
