Only Eating Pumpkin Spice Foods For 24 HOURS | Pumpkin Spice Mac & Cheese Taste Test + Booty Workout

Since fall is finally here, of course we need to honour the beloved pumpkin spice flavour. For the next 24 hours, I only eat foods with pumpkin spice! Starting the day off with some homemade pumpkin spice pancakes topped off with cheerios. Pre workout I taste tested Tim Hortons pumpkin spice cappuccino and a pumpkin spice timbit.

When you think of pumpkin spice, most people will immediately think of the Starbucks pumpkin spice latte. I've never had one before so I decided to try it for the first time in today's video!

Along with all the food, Gymshark athlete Savannah Wright took me through her leg workout with some of her top exercises to build your glutes!

Leg Workout (Between all sets complete 20 jumping jacks OR 5-10 Burpees)
1.) Warm-up: Bodyweight or banded hip thrust 3x15
2.) Dumbbell Sumo Squat 3x15
(Superset)
3.) Dumbbell Pulse Squat 3x10
4.) Bulgarian Split Squat 3x12
5.) Dumbbell RDL 4x15
6.) Dumbbell Walking Lunge 3x20 (10/leg)
7.) Weighted Hip Thrust 4x15
8.) Finisher- 3x 1min Jump Squats
