INTENSE ARM DAY ft. Quinton Eriya || How To Get Bigger Arms + 5 Minute Microwave Meals
Today we have an INTENSE ARM DAY with IFBB PRO Quinton Eriya! At only the age of 24, Quinton is seen as one of the top bodybuilders in the world and a potential Mr.Olympia winner.
In today's video, Quinton takes me through one of his typical arm days full with different techniques to grow your arms and pass a muscle building plateau.
Of course with the training we gotta show some food! Before we get into the arm day I show you all some of my best creations yet. 5 minute microwave meals that are fantastic options if you're looking for something healthy, quick and filling on the go.
MUST TRY MICROWAVE APPLE PIE RECIPE:
Crumble:
- 1tbs light margarine
- 2tbs Brown Sugar Swerve
- 2tbs Almond flour (Can use any flour of choice)
- 2tbs Oatmeal
- 1tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2tsp Nutmeg
- Pinch of salt (optional)
Filling:
- Apple (Any Apple)
- 1/2tbs light margarine
- 2tbs Brown Sugar Swerve
- 1tbs Stevia
- 1tsp Cornstarch
- 1tsp cinnamon
- 1/8tsp nutmeg
- Mix all crumble ingredients together and set aside
- In a microwave safe bowl add your apple diced with the 1/2tbs light margarine and put in the microwave for 1 minute to soften the apples.
- Once apples are soft, mix in your other filling components until well combined.
- Place your crumble topping on top and put back in the microwave for 2-2.5 minutes.
- Filling should be bubbling and topping should be set when complete!
*Put some greek yogurt on top for an awesome breakfast or some ice cream to satisfy that sweet tooth!
MICROWAVE BREAKFAST BOWL:
- 1tbs light margarine
- 1 Whole egg
- 1 cup bread (usually 1-2 slices range)
- 1/4 cup any veggies on hand
- 1/4 cup any left over protein
- 2tbs any cheese of choice
- 3tbs milk
- Pinch of salt & pepper
- Add butter to your microwave safe bowl and microwave until fully melted.
- Whisk in your eggs, milk, salt and pepper
- Add in your veggies, meat and cheese
- Gently fold in your bread chunks until everything is well combined
- Let the mixture sit for 1-2 minutes
- Microwave on high for 2 minutes or until mixture is solid and pulls away from edges
* Tastes amazing the next day!
