Today, I will show you how to make one of my Top-3 favorite Korean meat dishes - Spicy Pork Duruchigi (돼지고기 두루치기)! Duruchigi is similar to Korean Bulgogi except that the meat is not grilled - instead water is added during the stir-frying process and then reduced until the meat is tender and there is a curry-like sauce leftover.

This pork version is usually done with a spicy gochujang based sauce.
The end result is something beautiful - incredibly tender slices of meat with a curry-like sauce to spread over your hot rice. If you haven't started cooking along with us yet, this is a good place to start!!
