Today, Daniel makes Jjolmyeon Noodles! These are one of my favorite cold noodles to eat. The noodles are chewy and tossed in a spicy sauce with a fresh mix of vegetables. The key to this dish is the spicy, tangy and slightly tart mix. I have just the right measurements for you.

We will also have some fun with Korean dumplings (Mandu). We will turn them into a pancake - similar to Japanese gyoza. Crispy on the bottom. And soft on the top. All you need is some flour and water! This mandu pancake recipe is from Chef Baek Jong Won.
