Why Can't we Sell this House 3 Months After We Listed it? House Flip #212

This is a house flip we finished months ago and we still have not sold it, in fact, it is not even for sale right now! We have had a few problems with this property and the last problem was a little frustrating.

We had the house for sale and it went under contract right away. During the buyer's inspection, they found the main electrical line to be in poor shape and they decided to cancel rather than wait for us to fix it which I cannot blame them for! We have been waiting for a very long time to get the mainline replaced by that power company.

Luckily, this house was staged by Nikki who is my project manager. She is getting tired of staging and was fine leaving all of her furniture here during these delays.

Hopefully, this one is finished up soon and we can get it back on the market and sold!
