Child Protective Services in Oswego County were warned about Angela Rosenbaum's deteriorating mental health and substance abuse. In December 2021, a house fire claimed her life and the life of her young son, Lance. Her older son Bryce escaped and now lives with his grandparents, who demand answers from CPS.
