Huge MacKenzie-Childs barn sale draws thousands nationwide
Aurora, N.Y.-- From Seattle to Florida, and most spaces in between, shoppers with a rabid eye for a deal camped out starting days ago for a chance to be ahead in the line up of thousands upon thousands for the annual MacKenzie-Childs Barn Sale Thursday morning.
Furniture, place settings, rugs, decorations and more saw significant slashes in prices, $435 rug for example, was marked down to just $187.
Music, food and wine vendors, games and prizes added to the frenetic energy of the event that will run until Sunday.
