Fried cabbage with smoked sausage recipe

•6 to 8 strips of Bacon
•Smoked sausage

Using a deep pot, cook bacon and smoke sausage on med-high until brown. Remove and set aside.

•Red, yellow, and orange bell pepper
•1 onion cut into strips
•Garlic and herb butter
•3 clove Garlic chopped

Cut a section off of each bell pepper and cut into strips. Slice onions, add butter cook to translucent. Add: garlic and cook for [5 mins] remove and set aside.

•1 tablespoon butter
•1 tablespoon olive oil
•small head of cabbage, chopped

Add: butter, olive oil, and cabbage on medium heat, cook for 25 minutes. Cover with a lid.

•Cajun seasoning
•Sweet PEEPER SEASONING (WALMART)
•THE USUAL ALL PURPOSE SEASONING (WALMART)
•Black Pepper
•Chicken Seasoning
•Onion powder
•1/3 cup of water

After 25 mins. Add all ingredients above and your meat & vegetables. Cover with a lid , Cook for 15 mins.
Serve it up when your cabbage is tender...ENJOY.
