Grilled Asian Style Tuna

Ingredients
Fresh tuna steaks
2-1/4 cup of soy sauce
2 tablespoons hosin sauce
2 tablespoons of honey
2 tablespoons of hot sauce
1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons of minced garlic
Chopped jalapeno
1 tablespoon of chopped ginger
Green onions
Salt and pepper

Directions
1. Mix all of the ingredients together except for the tuna and the green onions.
2. Season tuna steaks on both side with salt and pepper.
3. Place tuna steaks in a large Ziploc bag and pour the sauce inside and add green onions also.
4. Set up charcoal grill for indirect heating. The grill is ready when the charcoal is showing white ash.
5. If you like your tuna steaks a little rare in the middle cook them for 5 minutes per. side. Or you can cook them until they are completely done with no red showing in the middle.
6. Place the rest of the marinade in a small saucepan and add that to the grill also, based your tuna occasionally with the sauce. Completely cook the sauce until it thickens and serve with the tuna when ready to serve.
